Front steering axle king pin assembly

1. Raise and secure the vehicle - Safely raise the front axle and support on jack stands
2. Remove the front wheels - Remove both front wheels for access to steering components
3. Remove the steering knuckle - Disconnect the tie rod, drag link, and remove the steering knuckle
4. Remove the old king pin - Press out the old king pin and remove bushings and bearings
5. Inspect the axle yoke - Check the axle yoke for wear or damage; repair or replace if necessary
6. Clean thoroughly - Clean all components and mounting surfaces
7. Install new bushings - Press new bushings into the steering knuckle
8. Ream/hone bushings - Ream or hone bushings to correct king pin clearance (if required)
