ME607347 MC113150 Clutch Master Cylinder for Mitsubishi Fuso FE635 FE639 FG639 FB511 7/8" 22.22mm
The Clutch Master Cylinder with OEM numbers ME607347 and MC113150 is a verified direct-fit replacement for a wide range of Mitsubishi Fuso light- and medium-duty trucks, including the FE635, FE639, FG635, FG639, FB511, and FE515 models.
This cylinder is a critical component of the hydraulic clutch actuation system, converting mechanical force from the clutch pedal into hydraulic pressure that engages and disengages the clutch. When the clutch pedal is depressed, the master cylinder generates hydraulic pressure, which is transmitted through the clutch tube to the release (slave) cylinder, enabling smooth gear changes.
- Soft or spongy clutch pedal
- Difficulty shifting gears
- Fluid leaks around the cylinder or pedal area
- Clutch pedal sticking to the floor
- Low clutch fluid level in the reservoir

| QC Item | Verification Method |
|---|---|
| Bore diameter accuracy | Precision gauge inspection — 7/8" (22.22mm) ±0.05mm tolerance |
| Cylinder surface finish | Profilometer measurement — smooth bore finish for seal longevity |
| Seal integrity | Hydraulic pressure test at 1.5x operating pressure — zero leakage |
| Push rod straightness | Dial gauge inspection — within 0.1mm runout |
| Thread inspection | Go/no-go gauge for hydraulic line connection threads |
| Casting integrity | Visual and dye penetrant inspection (DPI) per batch |
| Total functional test | Random 2% of each batch tested on hydraulic bench simulating full clutch pedal stroke — pressure curve verified against OE specification |
Tools required:
- Line wrench (flare nut wrench) for hydraulic line
- Socket set (typically 10mm, 12mm)
- Brake/clutch fluid bleeder kit or vacuum bleeder
- New DOT 3 or DOT 4 clutch/brake fluid
Installation steps:
- Thoroughly drain clutch fluid from the reservoir tank
- Remove snap pin and clevis pin, separate push rod from clutch pedal
- Disconnect clutch tube from master cylinder using flare nut wrench
- Remove mounting nuts securing master cylinder to firewall/pedal bracket
- Remove old master cylinder from vehicle
- Compare new cylinder with old unit — verify bore size (7/8"), push rod length, and mounting hole alignment
- Install new master cylinder to vehicle body
- Connect clutch pipe and reservoir hose to master cylinder
- Torque mounting nuts to factory specification (typically 10–15 Nm, consult workshop manual)
- Connect push rod to clutch pedal, install clevis pin and snap pin
- Fill reservoir with fresh DOT 3 or DOT 4 clutch/brake fluid
- Bleed the clutch hydraulic system — use vacuum bleeder or two-person method; start from slave cylinder bleeder valve
- Adjust clutch pedal free play to factory specification
- Test clutch operation: pedal feel should be firm, gear engagement smooth, no fluid leaks
- Inspect clutch master cylinder for leaks at every service interval
- Replace clutch fluid every 2 years or 50,000 km to prevent moisture contamination and internal corrosion
- If replacing master cylinder, consider replacing slave cylinder simultaneously for balanced hydraulic performance
- Individually sealed in protective packaging with anti-corrosion coating
- Packed in foam-lined carton (branded or plain)
- Push rod, reservoir seals, and mounting hardware included
- Bulk wholesale: 20 cylinders per master carton with dividers
- Suitable for: Mitsubishi Fuso specialist repair shops, truck fleet maintenance depots, commercial vehicle parts distributors
Shipping dimensions: Approx. 25*10*8 cm, weight approx. 0.9–1.1 kg
