- Raise vehicle on hoist, remove wheel and brake components
- Remove hub nut and slide hub assembly off spindle
- Remove old oil seal using seal puller
- Inspect spindle surface and wheel bearing for damage
- Clean hub bore and spindle thoroughly
- Coat new oil seal lip with MP grease and press into hub bore
- Install hub assembly and tighten hub nut to 110 N·m (81 lb·ft)
- Verify smooth rotation and perform road test
- Every 10,000 km: Inspect oil seal for leakage, check wheel bearing
- Every 40,000-50,000 km: Inspect wheel bearing condition
