- Safely raise the vehicle and support it on jack stands
- Support the engine with a suitable jack or engine support bar
- Inspect all other engine and transmission mounts for wear
- CRITICAL: Replace engine mounts in pairs (left and right) for even support
- Use new mounting bolts and nuts as recommended by the workshop manual
- Safely raise the vehicle and support it on jack stands
