Not engine-specific - fits various Isuzu diesel engines (4HK1, 6HK1, 6HH1, 4JB1, 4BG1, etc.)

1. Safely lift and support vehicle - remove front wheels and brake components
2. Remove steering knuckle - disconnect tie rod, drag link, and steering arm
3. Press out old king pins - use a hydraulic press. Remove old bushings
4. Inspect axle beam bores - check for ovality or damage. Clean thoroughly
5. Install new bushings - press into axle beam. Ensure oil holes align
6. Ream bushings to size (if required) - using precision reamer for correct clearance
7. Lubricate king pin - apply high-quality chassis grease
8. Assemble thrust bearing - place as per OE orientation. Install spacer if required
9. Insert king pin - tap into place using brass drift. Install lock pins
10. Check end play - use dial indicator. Should be ≤ 0.005 inches
11. Reassemble steering knuckle, seals, caps - use Three Bond 1215 on sealing plug
12. Grease thoroughly - pump grease until fresh grease appears from all seals
13. Reinstall wheels and brake components - torque lug nuts and fasteners
14. Road test - check for smooth steering, no binding, no play. Re-torque after 500 km
