Installation Notes
  1. Disconnect battery negative cable
  2. Remove cooling fan blades from old clutch
  3. Remove old fan clutch from water pump hub (typically left-hand thread)
  4. Clean water pump spindle threads
  5. Apply anti-seize to threads if recommended
  6. Install new fan clutch onto water pump and tighten center nut to specification
  7. Reinstall cooling fan blades and torque bolts evenly (8-12 Nm)
  8. Reconnect battery
  9. Start engine and check for proper operation
